e-Commerce Specialist
Job Profile
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
Maintain the e-Commerce website to ensure all content is up to date, home page is updated daily and new products are added and updated frequently.
Ensure the look at feel of the site is kept fresh and new content updated frequently.
Work with different teams to provide updated content that will be sharedacross e-Commerce platforms.
Provide support in Social Media Marketing.
Monitor and produce reports on campaign performance, sales performance etc.
Implement the best marketing and promotional strategies to ensure highest return on the company’s Amazon page.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Graduate in Marketing or relevant field.
